After some years of on and on building at this Fieseler Storch the brid is finaly ready. The theme of the Dio is field repair after a emergency landing some were on the Russian fields. This is the first airplane I made in this scale, made for may years ago the Airfix Fieseler and now the 1/35. Found it a good model with a lot of detail the ony pitty is that you can make just one version of the plane.

well done. nice artwork at the dio. the surface of the plane (upside wings and glass cupola on the last picture) looks way too dusty for my taste. is that an effect on purpose or real dust? it looks like if it could be swiped away by a brush

and No it is not dust from the air, did try to give the hole upper part of the aircraft a layer of dust to give a impression of a aircraft landed on very dry soil.
And don't forget the picture is made in closeup so you see everything
